This location is right next to the Holiday Inn express in Madera, ca.. If you dont know where its at, you will probably miss it. They actually need better signage outside, but on to the review. Place from the outside doesnt look like much, but once i walked in the attendant was very enthused, and accomodating. The place itself was immaculately clean. Sandwich i got was good and hit the spot. Great little Subway. good luck finding it :)
The people that work here are very nice and the sandwiches are always on point. Don't know why everyone is complaining so much. This is Subway, not a hospice, so I don't know why that Susie chick got her panties in a bunch over her grandma... anyway, I digress... The sandwiches are always made-to-order, the staff has always been polite, and the store is very clean and orderly. Not sure why everyone is acting so snooty as if they're going to an actual 5-star Michelin restaurant. It's not like the demographics that go to Subway would even know the first thing about class. All in all, a really nice restaurant, good food, and sweet staff.
Tried the protein bowls and they are good. We had the chicken, bacon, shredded cheese, w/lettuce, spinach, olive, jalapeño with just a little ranch dressing and the steak and shredded cheese, same condiments w/ just a little chipotle. Actually a pretty good fast food keto/low carb option. Will probably try the tuna bowl next time. I only went to try the protein bowl as I typically don't eat sandwiches. Will definitely consider subway an option now.
